Special Electric Lemonade

Lemonade is already a famous summer drink, but to kick off this list, we’re introducing this electric lemonade recipe. These particular measurements make 4 servings, so you will need:

  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • Splash ginger ale
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 cup vodka
  • Mint sprigs and lemon slices (to decorate)

And it’s very easy to make:

  1. Slowly blend together the lemon juice, sugar, mint, mineral water, ginger ale, and ice. When the texture is thick, you can go to the next step.
  2. Get four glasses (that you can leave in the freezer for half an hour before serving for extra coolness) and pour ¼ cup of vodka into each of them. Top it off with the frozen lemonade.
  3. Decorate each cup with a mint sprig and a slice of lemon. You can also add a straw!

Summer Sangria

Sangria is a sweet drink that most women just adore! However, this recipe will please everyone around. Here it goes:

  • 1 bottle wine
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 1 sliced lime
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 cups cubed pineapple
  • Lemon lime soda
  • Ice Cubes

Stir wine and brandy together in a pitcher, then add the lime, watermelon, and pineapple. That’s pretty much it. To serve, pour the sangria over ice, topping it with the soda. Make sure to place some fruit and ice in the glass before pouring!

This is a non-alcoholic beverage, that’s refreshing and delicious for the whole family. But you can add some rum or vodka, if you please. The ingredients are:

  • 1 and ½ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1 and ¾ cups sugar
  • 8 cups coconut water
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ recipe Lavender Simple Syrup

To put it all together:

  1. In a pitcher, stir together juice, sugar, coconut water, and water. You can also shake it.
  2. Once the sugar is dissolved, pour ½ of the lavender syrup – or the amount you feel like will be to your taste – into the pitcher and stir again.

  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 4 tablespoons grenadine
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 scoops orange sherbet

A superb initiative!

Ginger It up has been a superbly thought & well-executed blog. Seeing it among one of the most popular food blogs makes me feel proud. Mani Dee has come so far with this baby of hers. There are many blogs over the internet which provides recipes & numerous cuisines. What Ginger It up brings on the table is its niche which has been carved out by her. I loved the concept of bringing authentic Indian recipes & sharing an interesting experience along with. It was a very unique & good idea which gives the reader a sense of personalized touch & in a way the reader can form a connection with that.
Her passion for food & writing goes way back!! I wish this website a stupendous growth ahead in the upcoming year! Hope to see many new cuisines with that personalized experience! 🙂
