It can be hard to get your kids to eat vegetables and fruits. If this is true in your family, you are not alone. As a mother of two, I can honestly say that I can relate to that statement. Both my girls are picky eaters and it’s hard to serve them vegetables in the real form specially when it comes to serving green veggies like Broccoli and Spinach.
While some moms find it easy to serve the vegetables (Broccoli, carrots, spinach etc.) in the direct way to kids, there are moms like me who struggle to find out ways to hide those veggies into their kids’ meal before serving onto their plate.
If you are a parent falling in the latter category like me, don’t lose heart and stop thinking that you are a bad parent since you couldn’t succeed with the easy way of introducing those blissfully healthy options to your children.
The fact is that all kids are different when it comes to adapting eating habits. So, rather than spending more time on fighting a ‘trailing only’ battle, admit the fact that you need a new plan to win the ‘health-war’.
So, start with the new plan today before it gets too late. I have already started and trust me, it’s working pleasantly.
